Job Responsibilities:
1. participating in the completion of 3D design, engineering drawings, BOM, technical improvements, etc;
2. organizing and archiving project technical data and checking the integrity of project technical data;
3. Assist in project assembly, commissioning and acceptance, and be able to complete and solve technical problems arising from sales, procurement, production and inspection in the course of contract fulfillment;
4. make selection of vacuum, pneumatic, electric and mechanical standard parts, etc., and cooperate with electrical engineers to complete the commissioning work.
5. Participate, arrange and cooperate with various experimental testing work.
6. Complete other work arranged by superiors and report the work in time.
Job requirements:
1. bachelor degree (or above);
2. proficiency in 2D and 3D related design software;
3. familiar with the machining process and the accuracy of various machine tools;
4. familiar with the characteristics and handling of various materials;
5. good team coordination and organizational skills;
6. Experience with diffusion inserters is preferred.
7. Assist in program feasibility demonstration and related technical tests in the design development process, and complete relevant test reports.
Job Qualifications:
1. 8 years of experience in non-standard automation machinery design, supervisory level or above.
2. strong sense of innovation, independent design of more than 5 kinds of more complex or more precise non-standard equipment, with the whole line of fully automatic, flexible modular experience is preferred;
3. Familiar with the selection and use of non-standard equipment related components (such as motors, pneumatic components, screws, slides, etc.).
4. Ability to independently analyze and solve difficult problems related to equipment, and understanding of Lean and IE basics;
5. Ability to use 2D and 3D drawing software, such as CAD, Solidworks, Pro/E, etc.
6. Solid professional foundation, strong learning ability and good innovation ability
7. good equipment sensitivity and spatial imagination
8. Good teamwork skills and hands-on ability
Job responsibilities:
1. Non-standard automation machinery scheme design, structure design, team management.
2. Responsible for prototype assembly, commissioning and verification.
3. Responsible for program report, technical agreement, cost estimation, assist project manager to achieve the target.
4. Complete all basic and temporary work affairs assigned by superiors.
